1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customised or specially-made items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Registered email or phone number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)

Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

4. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address through our courier partners. Please ensure:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and freebies (if any) are included

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for eligible products. A replacement will be issued if:

  • The exact item is available in stock
  • The returned product passes quality inspection

If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided instead.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after the returned product clears our quality check. Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid orders (UPI, Card, Wallet): 3–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI within 3–7 business days

Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped. To cancel, contact customer support as soon as possible.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return after delivery (if eligible).

8. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the issue. This helps us process your request faster.

9. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or wrong items. We do not offer size or preference-based exchanges unless stated otherwise.
